The Red ‘n’ Green decided to take a deeper dive to see what people are listening to, this month we are featuring senior Sydney Radke!

Q: What is your favorite song right now? 

A: My current favorite song is “Seventeen” by Peach Pit, which was released in 2016.

Q: Where did you discover it?

A: My boyfriend introduced me to the band.

Q: What type of genre is it?

A: I would describe it as Indie.

Q: What are you favorite lyrics from it?

A: “I’m seventeen don’t hold your breath”. This is my favorite lyric because growing up I’ve always had this picture of perfection of myself. I’m young and going to mess up in life.

Q: What does this song mean to you?

A: It makes me feel like everything is going to be alright.

Q: When is your favorite time to listen to it?

A: My favorite time to listen to this song is during long drives to nowhere because it relaxes me.
