Each sport has many different skills within it that most people don’t even know exist. This series will shed some light on some of these skills. Today we are featuring senior Alaina Kapp and junior Mia Simon from the cheer team. Simon will be demonstrating a side aerial and a front walkover and Kapp will be narrating the skills.
