This recipe is a fan favorite in my family. It is my uncle’s recipe, and he makes it for any family get together that he can. My uncle learned this recipe from watching his mother make it, and now it is one of his favorite recipes to make.
Ingredients:
Chicken Breasts (I used 3 small, use however many you would like)
Italian seasoning
1lb Asparagus
Creole seasoning
Cayenne pepper
Smoked paprika
Salt
Pepper
12 ounces of pasta (Whatever kind, I used bowtie)
⅓ cup pesto
1 Lemon
Optional: parmesan cheese and cream cheese to make a creamy pesto sauce
