Nationwide underage drinking is decreasing from 15.6% in 2021 to 13.3% in 2024. Binge drinking (over 4 drinks in one sitting) also decreased from 8.6% to 7.6%.

A roll of toilet paper hanging from a tree after being TP’d the previous day. The annual tradition usually requires a cleanup the day after. “Cleaning up is not the most fun, but it’s not very destructive either,” science teacher Nick Kvam said.

Girls swim team reflects on season progress
Pumpkins sit on stands priced based on size. However, the biggest gains are in the human connections. “I love the time we get as a family, including picking out the different varieties we will plant, planting in the fields all together, going out to the patch over the summer months to see the growth, working in the fields to pick the pumpkins, and interacting with the community when they come out to the farm,” Kristen Mertens said.

Upperclassmen develop teaching skills in Aspiring Educators
The varsity girls team and coaches won and became conference champions this past Thursday, Oct. 16, at Wisconsin Dells. The team moves on to sectionals and hopes to keep their win streak. “It’s just been a really good season, especially for our girls team. We also have a lot of seniors, so it’s going to be really sad to see them all go. Overall though, it’s been a really great season,” Abby Shattuck said.

The high school cheer team has grown from 7 members to 16 in just one year.

The football team receives their plaque after their win against Adams-Friendship last season. They look to do the same Friday night, bringing them closer to another conference championship.
