“A Miku Who Can’t Sing” was released worldwide on April 17, 2025. Each attendee for the movie received a poster that contained a QR code on the back, giving them rewards for the game it was based off of. As of now, the English version of the game has no way to redeem the codes, but hopes to have a way to redeem these codes by late April or mid May.

Freshman Ella Spitler practices for State Solo and Ensemble. Spitler has practiced her piece, a composition in C major by Georg Philipp Telemann, many times in preparation for state. “I like my song because it was a challenge and I like pushing myself,” Spitler said.

According to Superintendent Dr. Emmett Durtschi, the above graphic shows the numbers Berlin Area School District is facing in the upcoming school year. These numbers are related to necessary budget cuts for the 2025-26 school year.
Budget cuts lead to reductions in staff

Emerson and Steffen won the songwriting contest, hosted by the Wordsmiths of Berlin, with their entry titled “Colorblind.” Together they won a $45 prize (or $22.50 each).
