This is the third installment in a series of Red ‘n’ Green family recipes. Each month a different Red ‘n’ Green staff member will teach you how to make a classic recipe from their family’s kitchen. They will also be looking into the history, stories and memories that are connected to it.
Rumaki has always been made on my mom's side of the family. At events such as Christmas, Thanksgiving, or whenever, Grandma Perry would always bring it knowing it is one of the best hors d'oeuvres.
