Kayla Buhrow is a Berlin High school Senior. She enjoys writing for the Red ‘n’ Green, and is excited to spend her last year as Business Manager. A fun fact about Kayla is if she had a super power she would hope to have the ability to teleport.

Academic Decathlon went to state on March 6 and 7, and took nine members from their club to the Tundra Lodge in Green Bay WI where Berlin placed 18th overall in the state competition, and third in their division. “The students take objective tests in the different subject areas, give a speech, do an interview, and participate in the Super Quiz Relay,” adviser Nick Kvam said.

The picture above is of two everything pretzel knots, a side of French fries, and two baskets of boneless wings. One of the baskets has no sauce, while the other has half wild sauce and honey garlic. The sauces were very hot, especially the wild. This would not be something that I would get but, if you like hot food that is definitely for you. The pretzels were soft, and the fries were perfect.
