Kaylee Olson is a Berlin High School senior. She is excited to go to college, majoring in biochemistry on a pre-pharmacy track at Baylor University. She is also a part of the varsity volleyball team, the editor of the yearbook, as well as Senior Class Co-President.

Senior Grace Werch vaults at Polebender Vaulting Club in Waukesha. Werch broke a school record last year which is now 10 feet and hopes to break more this year. “I learn different coaching styles and different ways to do things in my vault. Mostly it helps me work on muscle memory and improve the little things so in the season I don't have to,” Werch said.

Senior Lucy Smith is graduating early to obtain her pilot's license. The decision was an easy one for her to make. “During my free time I am going to work and fly around,” Smith said.

Students gather outside for a peaceful protest for LGBTQ+ rights. The protest occurred on Thursday, Nov. 4 at around 9:30 am. “I want a place where people don't have to be afraid to go to the bathroom, or walk in the halls, or express themselves for who they truly are. I hope that people will be kinder to everyone, especially people who are different,” senior Mateja Clark said.

Soccer wraps up their tough season. The team lost their first round regional game against New Holstein.  "It feels so unreal that my four years of high school varsity soccer is over. I feel sad because this is a sport I truly love to play. So for it to be over sucks," senior Xavier Wendt said.
