Jane Hoffman is a Berlin High School senior. She is excited to spend her last year of high school writing for the Red ‘n’ Green as editor-in-chief. She is a part of the varsity volleyball and basketball teams. She is also a member of the yearbook club and National Honors Society.

The boys basketball team practices a close out defense drill. They started practice on Monday. We plan to hit the ground running and pick up where we left off last year. I would love to see us in a position to compete for a conference championship and make a deep postseason run, Head Coach Jeremy Mercer said.

Berlin special teams kicks off to start the game against Winneconne on Oct. 20. The team lost 20-35 ending their season. We jumped on them early and had all the momentum and then we kind of lost in the second quarter and could never get it back, Head Coach Joe Stellmacher said.
